- Securely connect your store through Shopify OAuth.
- Sync product data from Shopify.

Connect Your Shopify Store
Use Shopify OAuth to securely authorize ChatAsynq to access the required store data.
- Open the Shopify integration page and click “Connect Shopify”.
- You will be redirected to Shopify to authorize your store.
- After authorization, your Shopify store will automatically be connected.
Import Products
Sync your Shopify products with ChatAsynq so product information can be used by the system.
- ChatAsynq retrieves product data from your Shopify store.
- Product names, descriptions, prices, and related information can be synchronized.
- Choose which products you want to import.
- Sync again whenever you need the latest product information.
Import to Knowledge Base
Add Shopify product content to your knowledge base so your AI can answer questions using store information.
- Select the Shopify products you want to add to your knowledge base.
- ChatAsynq processes the product content and creates searchable knowledge for your AI.
- Once completed, your AI can use this product information in conversations.
Feature Permissions
Control which Shopify features and data your AI is allowed to use.
- Enable or disable the Shopify integration.
- Control whether your AI can search product information.
- Control whether Shopify products can be used as a knowledge source.
- Only enabled features are made available to your AI.
Sync Store Data
Sync your data again when product information changes in Shopify.
- Sync again after adding or updating Shopify products.
- ChatAsynq retrieves the latest product information from your store.
- If products have already been added to your knowledge base, check whether the knowledge content also needs to be updated.
Test the Integration
After setup, test your AI using real questions about your products.
- Ask your AI about products available in your Shopify store.
- Verify that product names, prices, and descriptions are correct.
- If product data is unavailable, check your Shopify connection, permissions, and knowledge settings.
