Create a Channel
Create an AI channel so ChatAsynq can start receiving and responding to messages.
Before You Start
- Your channel name will be displayed in the chat interface.
- Your description helps customers understand the purpose of the channel.
- Your profile image helps establish the visual identity of your channel.
1. Enter Basic Information
Enter a channel name and description so customers understand what the AI is designed to do.
- Name: Use your brand name or a character name.
- Description: Briefly explain its purpose, such as customer service, sales, or providing information.
2. Upload a Profile Image
Upload an image to represent your channel. It will appear in the chat interface.
- Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP.
- Use a clear and simple image for the best results.
- The image does not need to be large, but it should be clear.
3. Accept the Terms
Before creating your channel, review and accept the Terms of Service.
4. Create Your Channel
Once your channel is created, you can continue configuring how the AI responds and behaves.
